Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Dutch chocolate milk||1 Gallon (Borden's)|
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into one gallon ice cream freezer.
Fill to top line with chocolate milk and freeze.
Drain off water.
Repack with ice and ice cream salt and allow to ripen at least 2 hours for firm texture.
