Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Lean beef 3 Ounce, cubed
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , cut into pieces
  Garlic 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
  Mushroom 2 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low calorie sour cream 1 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown beef cubes in margarine.
Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat until onion is partially cooked; remove from beat.
Combine condensed soup, sour cream, ketchup, and seasonings; blend well.
Pour over beef mixture; beat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
