|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|White flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dark brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter a shallow 1 1/2-qt.baking dish.
Peel and core apples and cut into 8 sections.
Place apples in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put remaining ingredients in bowl and mix together with fingers.
Spread over apples.
Bake for 30 minutes.
