Swedish Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Melted butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
  Sugar 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 cup)
  All purpose flour 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 cup)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg milk 150 Milliliter (2/3 cup)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, mix 2 tablespoons (30 ml) melted butter, 1 cup (250 ml) sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk at LOW until flour is moistened then at MEDIUM-HIGH until smooth.
Pour into a greased 8-inch (20 cm) round baking pan.
Drizzle with remaining melted butter.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool completely, then slice into eight wedges.
