|Diced cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||2 Drop|
|Whole milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 4 cup glass measure microwave (high) cheese and butter 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth.
Stir in salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Blend with milk and egg.
Microwave (high) 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute until steaming hot.
