Beef Roulade In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Round steak 4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Prepared packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 21 Ounce (2 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut steak into 16 long pieces; pound with meat hammer.
Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each piece of steak; roll up; fasten with toothpicks.
In large skillet, brown in shortening; pour off fat.
Stir in soup, water.
Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Uncover; cook until desired consistency.
