|Fish roe||1⁄4 Pound|
|Bread slices||8 (Moistened)|
|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemons juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
Place fish roe in bowl.
Add bread which has been squeezed well.
Beat with electric beater until well-blended.
Gradually add mixture of olive oil and salad oil alternately with lemon juice, beating constantly to make a paste of medium consistency.
More lemon may be added if desired.
Season with garlic salt.
Add onion only to the amount used immediately.
