Episode #15 Grilled Fries

At the end of the Fry episode, we thought we'd do something a tad different and post all the recipes again for you, sort of a re cap of the show.
Ingredients
For boardwalk fries
  Fried fries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning blend To Taste
  Vinegar To Taste
For battered fried fries
  Scalloped potatoes 2 , thinly sliced lenghtwise
  Cornmeal beer batter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ranch sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions

For Boardwalk fries
1. In a bowl, put the fries and sprinkle the seasoning blend and vinegar on top.
2. Toss to coat the fries with seasoning and vinegar.

SERVING
3. Serve hot as desired.

For battered fried fries
GETTING READY
1. In a wok, preheat the oil.

MAKING
2. Dip the potato slices, in the batter and coat well.
3. Tap the potato slices, on the sides of bowl to remove excess batter and deep fry until golden brown in color.
4. Remove the potato using a slotted spoon and drain on tissue paper.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with some ranch dressing if desired.
