MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco. Whisk well using a hand whisk.
2. In a small bowl, put butter and place inside the microwave oven until melt.
3. In a pan, pour water and warm it. Place the mixing bowl above the warming water.
4. Whisk constantly until the mixture becomes fluffy.
5. Take away from the warm water and add in the melted butter.
6. Whisk continuously until the sauce is well incorporated.
SERVING
7. Serve the Hollandaise Sauce with steamed asparagus.
