Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Olives 2 Tablespoon
  Gherkins 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Onion juice/Finely chopped shallots or white onions 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop capers, olives, gherkins, and parsley very fine.
Fold into the mayonnaise.
