|Dough||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Just Over 1/3 Quantity, Risen Plain White)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Glaze)|
Dividethe dough into 4 pieces.
Knead and shape each piece into an oval shape.
Place on a greased and floured baking sheet and make diagonal cuts across the tops with a sharp knife.
Brush the tops with milk, cover and let rise.
Bake toward the top of a hot oven (450°F) for 15-20 minutes.
Cool on a cake rack.
