Ingredients
  Beef round steak 2 1⁄2 Pound (1.25 Kilogram)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  All purpose flour 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Tomatoes 4 Large, peeled
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Celery stalk 1 , cut in 1-inch pieces
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  Parsley sprigs 4 , stems removed
Directions

Cut steak into portions, trimming fat and removing bone.
Heat oil in skillet.
Put flour, salt, and pepper into a flat dish and coat meat with flour.
Brown meat on both sides in oil.
Assemble Blender.
Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at LIQUEFY until finely chopped.
Pour over steak and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
