Homemade Cultured Vegetables And Kefir

Ingredients
Vegetables- cabbage, carrot
Kefir or milk
Directions

Grate all the vegetables and introduce the probiotic culture to it.
Mix it well and keep the vegetables in a closed container for fermentation.
To culture milk. Dissolve some culture in milk.
Warm up the milk. And fill it in a jar and cover it.
