Healthy Beef Stroganoff
|96% fat free lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|No yolk cholesterol free noodles||12 Ounce|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz) (Healthy Request)|
|Mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Sauté diced onion in a skillet until the onions are soft. Then add ground beef to the skillet with the onions and brown.
In a separate pan, boil the No Yolk noodles until soft.
After the beef has been browned, drain away any excess fat. Then stir in the Cream of Mushroom Soup with the beef and onions. Add the drain can of mushrooms and the garlic salt. Mix well. Add a little water if necessary. Add pepper to taste.
