Healthy Beef Stroganoff

Staci Wallace and Gracie Updyke (www.graciesgearandtraining.com) team up in the kitchen to make an EMlicious Beef Stroganoff.
Ingredients
  96% fat free lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1
  No yolk cholesterol free noodles 12 Ounce
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Healthy Request)
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Sauté diced onion in a skillet until the onions are soft. Then add ground beef to the skillet with the onions and brown.

In a separate pan, boil the No Yolk noodles until soft.

After the beef has been browned, drain away any excess fat. Then stir in the Cream of Mushroom Soup with the beef and onions. Add the drain can of mushrooms and the garlic salt. Mix well. Add a little water if necessary. Add pepper to taste.
