Polish Sausages And Bacon

Ingredients
  Thick bacon slices 4 , diced large (2 3/4 Inches, 2 Centimeters)
  Red onion 1⁄2 , cut in 3
  Sausage 4 Ounce, peeled (115 Grams)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled, seeded and cut in 3/4 inch, 2 centimeter thick slices
  Catsup 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Horseradish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lime juice 1
  Tabasco sauce 6 Drop
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
Alternate bacon, onion, sausage and cucumber on skewers; place on ovenproof platter.
Mix remaining ingredients together and brush over skewers.
Cook 14 minutes 8 in (20 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once and baste with leftover catsup mixture if desired.
