Armenian Pilaf

Ingredients
  Fine noodles 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked lamb/Chopped cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  Dried mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In skillet brown uncooked noodles in hot oil till golden.
Stir in meat, uncooked rice, raisins, bouillon granules, mint, 3 cups water, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring to boiling; turn into 2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 325┬░till liquid is absorbed, 30 to 40 minutes; stir once after 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds.
