Chocolate Meringue Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Meringue 1
Directions

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a heavy saucepan.
Mix well to remove lumps.
Gradually add milk, stirring until blended.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Beat egg yolks.
Gradually stir about 1/4 of hot mixture into yolks; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and margarine.
Immediately pour into pastry shell.
Spread meringue over filling, sealing to edge of pastry.
Bake at 425° until meringue is lightly browned.
Cool before serving.
