|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled, seeded and diced|
|Green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Radish sprouts||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In bowl toss together the celery, cucumber and peppers In separate bowl mix with fork the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sprouts.
Blend dressing with vegetables and let marinate for an hour.
