Fruity Pavlova

Ingredients
  Egg whites 3
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Bananas 1 , chopped
  Oranges 1 , chopped
  Pineapple 1 , chopped
  Peaches 1 , chopped
  Passion fruit 1 , chopped
  Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg whites to a stiff froth with salt.
Add sugar gradually, and beat well.
Add vinegar and vanilla.
Bake on a large greased pan or ring mold for 45 minutes in a slow oven.
The inside should be like marshmallow
