Swiss Rolls

Ingredients
  Risen sweet bread dough 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Divide the risen dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a sausage shape about 5 inches long.
PIace well apart on a well greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake inthecenterof a moderately hot oven (375°F) for 15-20 minutes.
Trans-fertoacake rack and cool.
Sift the confectioners' sugar and mix with enough cold water to give a fairly stiff frosting.
Dip the rolls into the frosting so that the tops are evenly covered.
Leave.
