Heat the olive oil in a medium sized pot. Saute the garlic until golden brown. Add the sliced beef, the pineapple juice, the oyster sauce, the ground pepper, the lemon juice, the water and simmer. After 30min add the bay leaves and simmer again until beef is tender. Five minutes before serving, and once sauce has thicken, add the chili paste and serve.
