Swedish Coffee Cake
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon|
For the filling mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, and then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
For the finish sift the confectioners' sugar and mix with enough cold water to give a soft consistency.
Spoon over the top of the baked, cooled coffee cake and allow to run down the sides.
Roughly chop the cherries and walnuts and sprinkle them over the frosting before it sets.
