Ingredients
  Water 3 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely ground
  Hog casing 36 Inch (3 Feet, Natural)
Directions

Pour water into a large bowl.
Grind celery seed with mortar and pesde.
Add remaining seasonings and stir.
Add the meats and mix the old-fashioned way.
