Creamy Swiss Steak is a true comfort food. I was looking out for a different version of steak recipe when I came across this Creamy Swiss Steak recipe. Please thank me for sharing it!
Ingredients
  Round steak 2 Pound
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Cream of mushroom soup/Cream / celery soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water/Broth / dry white california wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut meat into serving portions.
Season the meat with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, and brown meat on both sides.
Remove meat from skillet, and brown onion a minute or so.
Alternate meat and onion in the crock cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour them over the meat.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
