Easy Apple Oat Crisp
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), firmly packed|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted|
|Oatmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Maypo 30 Second)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned apple pie filling||1 Pound (1 Can)|
Mix dry ingredients together; blend in melted butter.
Press two-thirds of mixture into a lightly buttered 8-inch square cake pan.
Cover with pie filling.
Sprinkle with remaining Maypo mixture.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool-cut into squares; serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
