Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients
  Corn 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut from cob
  Canned evaporated milk 5 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook corn in boiling salted water 2 or 3 minutes.
Drain and combine with milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese.
Place in greased 10 x 6-inch casserole.
Toss cracker crumbs with butter.
Sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let set a few minutes before serving.
