Super Swiss Steak
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Onion burger seasoning mix||1 Packet|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound well into steak.
Cut meat into serving pieces.
Brown on both sides in hot shortening.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook slowly 1 1/2 hours or until tender
