Ingredients
  Ice water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Ground marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine water and vinegar in a large bowl.
Crack dillseed in a mortar and pestle.
Blend seasonings into the liquid.
Add beef, oatmeal and wheat germ.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
