Ingredients
  Round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 3/4 inch thick
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Carrots 2 , chopped
  Stalk celery 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Cut round steak into serving pieces.
Season with salt, pepper and flour.
Place onion in bottom of crock-pot and add meat.
Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (or High 3 to 5 hours).
