Swiss Chicken Quiche
|Unbaked pastry shell||1 , pricked (9 Inch)|
|Cubed cooked chicken/Cubed cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Chicken flavored instant bouillon||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 350"F.
In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish as desired.
