Apricot Filling For Strudel

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the apricots into a small saucepan.
Cover with orange juice.
Bring to a boil.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Pour out any unabsorbed liquid.
Puree in a food processor or blender.
Mix in the orange rind.
