|Beef steak||3 Ounce (Minute Steak, Very Thin)|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Tomato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat margarine until very hot.
Salt and pepper the steak.
Brown both sides; drain.
Place in individual baking dish.
Add salt, pepper, and remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375°F (175°C ) for 1 hour, or until steak is tender.
