Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Beef steak 3 Ounce (Minute Steak, Very Thin)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat margarine until very hot.
Salt and pepper the steak.
Brown both sides; drain.
Place in individual baking dish.
Add salt, pepper, and remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Bake at 375°F (175°C ) for 1 hour, or until steak is tender.
