|Fresh strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a blender or food processor puree strawberries.
Stop blender or processor, and stir in honey.
In a medium-size bowl, beat heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
Add 1 tablespoon honey and vanilla, and continue beating until soft peaks form.
Fold strawberry puree into whipped cream just until you see streaks of strawberry in a ripple design.
Divide among 4 dessert glasses.
