Pumpkin Meringue Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pie shell 1
  Canned pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Small
  Granulated sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Meringue 1 (1 Recipe)
Directions

Combine pumpkin, skim milk, eggs, brown sugar replacement, and spices in a large bowl.
Beat to blend.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Spread meringue over pie, sealing edges.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until the peaks begin to brown.
