Green Pea And Swiss Cheese Salad
|Peas in shell||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped dill||1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)|
Shell peas and place in a saucepan.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cook 7-10 minutes or until tender.
Drain peas and refresh in cold water to set the color.
Put into a bowl and add the lemon or lime juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the celery, cheese, and dill.
Mix again and serve from a lettuce-lined bowl.
