|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
|Small curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift flour with sugar into a bowl.
Spoon in sour cream; blend thoroughly.
Beat eggs until very light; fold into flour mixture along with cottage cheese.
Bake on a lightly buttered griddle until golden brown on both sides.
