Dutch Apple Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soft margarine 8 Tablespoon
  Cake flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 5 Drop
  Apples 3 , peeled and cored and sliced thin
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon (Mixed With Cinnamon)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Stir margarine and sugar until creamy and light.
2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat well.
4. Add lemon extract.
5. Pour batter in a greased and floured spring form.
6. Place apple slices neatly in rows on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
7. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
