This dreamy Russian Dressing is the best I've ever tasted. Once you try this Russian Dressing recipe, you will never go for another recipe again. This is the best I've ever come across!
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 2 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Minced pickles 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or in a blender on low to medium speed for 30 seconds.
Will keep, refrigerated, for 1 week.
