Ingredients
  Ice water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg/Grated nutmeg 1 Dash
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound (Freshly Ground)
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (Freshly Ground)
  40% bran flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour water into a large bowl.
Blend seasonings into the liquid.
Add beef, pork and bran flakes.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
