|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground marjoram||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg/Grated nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound (Freshly Ground)|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound (Freshly Ground)|
|40% bran flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pour water into a large bowl.
Blend seasonings into the liquid.
Add beef, pork and bran flakes.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
