|Semi sweet chocolate||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream/1 cup light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Freshly Brewed, Hot)|
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water.
Add sugar, salt, and water.
Place over direct heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
Add milk and cream and heat, but do not allow to boil.
Add coffee and vanilla.
Beat with a rotary beater until foamy and serve immediately.
