Russian Coffee

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream/1 cup light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strong coffee 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Freshly Brewed, Hot)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water.
Add sugar, salt, and water.
Place over direct heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
Add milk and cream and heat, but do not allow to boil.
Add coffee and vanilla.
Beat with a rotary beater until foamy and serve immediately.
