Healthy Chicken Adobo
|Chicken breasts/Chicken thighs||1 Pound|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), chopped|
Place all ingredients in a ziploc or baking dish and marinate for a few hours. Place ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer until sauce is reduced. Cooking time will vary depending on the type of chicken used so cook until chicken is done!
