peachy24's picture
PORK ADOBO is one of the famous FILIPINO RECIPE... But i'm making my own version, let's say a bit revise.
  Pork spareribs 2 Kilogram
  Pineapple juice 700 Milliliter
  Oyster sauce 7 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic cloves 3 , sliced
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Bay leaves 3
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Ground mixed pepper seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Water 200 Milliliter

Make hot the wok with olive oil. Sauteed the onions and garlic. Add the pork spareribs, mix ground peppers, oyster sauce, unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 glass of water, lemon juice and bring to boil more than 1 hour or until the meat is tender but after 40 minutes of boiling add the bay leaves and banana flowers. Check if the meat is already tender. Remove from the wok and serve.
