Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Frozen vegetables 16 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Bag, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded swiss cheese 4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned french fried onions 2 4⁄5 Ounce, divided (1 Can)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French Fried Onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
