Swiss Vegetable Medley
|Frozen vegetables||16 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Bag, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned french fried onions||2 4⁄5 Ounce, divided (1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 350°F In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French Fried Onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
