Easy Beef Stroganoff
|Chopped garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless sirloin steak||1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Dry red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pearl onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic over medium heat 30 seconds.
Add beef and cook over medium-high heat 1 minute or until almost done.
Add wine and Worcestershire sauce and cook 30 seconds; remove beef.
Into skillet, stir water, milk, butter and noodles & stroganoff sauce.
Bring to the boiling point, then continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes.
Stir in onions and beef, then cook 2 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley and paprika.
