Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
  Shortening/Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Lean beef 1 Ounce, diced
  Veal 1 Ounce, diced
  Beef kidney 1 Ounce, diced
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 3 , halved
  Potato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Heat shortening or margarine in skillet; add meat.
Brown on all sides; drain.
Place in individual casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add enough water to cover.
Cover casserole tightly; bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
