Spicy Cauliflower Polonaise

Cauliflower Polonaise is an irresistible mouth-watering side dish recipe. An easy to prepare recipe, Cauliflower Polonaise is a side dish that you would surely love to try.
  Eggs 2
  Cauliflower head 1 Large
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Hard-cook eggs; drain, peel, and chop.
2. Meanwhile, remove leaves and core of cauliflower. In 5-quart saucepot over high heat, in 1 inch boiling water, heat whole cauliflower to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer cauliflower 10 to 15 minutes, until tender; drain. Place cauliflower on platter.
3. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add bread crumbs, and cook, stirring until golden. Stir in chopped eggs, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
