Russian Cold Borsch

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green onions and tops 3 , minced, crushed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Slivered cooked beets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and slivered
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Radishes 6 , thinly sliced
  Black pepper salt To Taste
  Minced fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Whipped sour cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend 1/2 cup tomato juice with the green onion-salt-sour cream mixture and combine with rest of ingredients.
Chill and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper
