Swiss Steak With Vegetables is my family favorite recipe. This Swiss Steak With Vegetables is easy to prepare when compared with others.
Ingredients
  Round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in serving portions
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 4 , cut in 2 inch pieces
  Potatoes 4 Medium, quartered
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Condensed onion soup 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
In a skillet, brown meat in oil on both sides.
Place vegetables in bottom of crock cooker with meat on top.
Mix soup and water and pour over meat.
Cover and cook at Low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
