Swiss Steak With Vegetables

|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in serving portions|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Carrots||4 , cut in 2 inch pieces|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, quartered|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Condensed onion soup||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Season steak with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
In a skillet, brown meat in oil on both sides.
Place vegetables in bottom of crock cooker with meat on top.
Mix soup and water and pour over meat.
Cover and cook at Low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
