Three In A Pan is an amazingly delicious mouth watering snack recipe. Serve it at your party; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one!
  Self rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Lukewarm milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Currants 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed
  Butter/Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon

Combine the flour and salt in a bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Drop in the egg and pour in 1 cup lukewarm milk.
Blend well into a smooth batter.
Add the remaining milk and the currants and raisins.
Heat the butter or oil in a heavy frying pan until very hot.
Pour batter for 3 pancakes into the hot fat and fry them, 3 at a time, on both sides until golden brown.
