Ham & Swiss Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled, cut into pieces
  Swiss cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Ham 2 Ounce, minced
  Buttermilk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F Grease baking sheet.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into medium bowl.
Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in cheese, ham and enough buttermilk to make soft dough.
Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface; knead lightly.
Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick.
Cut biscuit rounds with 2-inch cutter.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until browned.
